  The registration process is quick and easy:

  3. Follow the simple steps shown on the page to complete the registration.

• Where can I check my points balance?
  Click on the "Member Benefits" section on Helmetking.com.
  Click on "Login."
  Your registered name and membership points will be displayed in the top right corner.

• I registered a new account with the same phone number. Why don't I have any membership points in the new account?
  When you register a new member account with the same phone number, the data from the old account will be overwritten. Therefore, you will not be able to retrieve the membership points from the old account. If you want to recover the membership points from the old account, please contact us via WhatsApp: 6385 8830.

• If I need to return a product or get a refund, can I still keep the earned membership points?
  When you request a refund for a purchase made through any channel that earns membership points, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your membership account.

• Do membership points have an expiration date?
  Membership points are valid for one year from the date of earning. You must redeem the points or engage in spending activities within one year to extend their validity. Points that expire will be forfeited.

• Where can I earn membership points?
  You can earn membership points by shopping at Helmet King stores, online shop (except clearance sales/ discounted item), and the 26KING workshop, or by using workshop services.

• How many points can I earn?
  For every HK$1 spent at Helmet King stores, online shop (except clearance sales/ discounted item), and the 26KING garage, you can earn 1 membership point.

• Am I eligible to earn membership points during discounted or promotional periods?
  Membership points will not be rewarded on any discounted items, clearance sales or designated promotion campaign .

• How do questionnaire surveys or post-purchase reviews reward work?
  Customer survey or product review invitation will be sent to members via email. Once submitted, corresponding rewards will be issued within 7 working days.

• Do cash vouchers have an expiration date?
  Yes, cash vouchers have an expiration date and must be used within the specified period after redemption. Expired vouchers will be invalid.

• Can I get change when using a cash voucher?
  Cash vouchers cannot be exchanged for change. The total purchase amount should ideally exceed the value of the cash voucher. If the purchase amount is lower than the voucher value, you can still use the voucher for payment, but the difference cannot be refunded.

• Can I return a cash voucher?
  Once cash vouchers are redeemed with points, the points cannot be refunded. Therefore, it is recommended to select the desired items before redeeming the cash voucher based on the expected purchase amount.

• Are there any restrictions or minimum spending requirements when using cash vouchers?
  Cash vouchers can be used at Helmet King stores, online shop, and the 26KING workshop services. Cash vouchers must be used within the specified period and may have a minimum spending requirement if applicable.

• Welcome Campaign
  Upon successful registration, a one-time HK$100 electronic cash voucher with a minimum spending requirement of HK$1,000 will be offered via email.

• Am I eligiable to earn points when paying with cash voucher?
  If you pay with cash voucher (in part), you will still be able to earn membership points with the remaining spending. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the vouchers or ask the staff for more information.
